I am a Music Ph.D. candidate, a videomaker, and an anthropology – in one word: a researcher. I have spent the last five years conducting participatory researches with musicians from Morocco, Spain, Italy, the UK, the Democratic Republic of the Congo. To me, the camera is a gatekeeper, an amplifier, a research tool.
